American express is very good for skill development and you can learn alot. Carrer growth system is excellent.

When I joined American I was nothing to know about sales, I joined as a not on a payroll of Amex. But in 6month I come directly to amex. And in 1 and half year from Arm to Srm I took 4 promotion with a satisfied hike. This is best part of Amex if you work
