During Covid amazon is protecting its employees and also paying extra for supporting in this situation whereas other companies are benching their staffs.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Bad process, they set unrealistic goals and forces to achieve them as its work from home its stresses out most of the times management of amazon is extremely poor they often do faulty communications and very poor decision making...
