I worked in Amazon for two years and two month ...My likes about working here was that there were not any pressure from Senior team, You are driver of your own , with senior team as a guidance ....Also there were Perks as well. also hikes and promotional benefits were there

Amazon is a great company, but if they comes up with more permanent jobs it will be more helpful.

we worked from home, still received compensations and benefits even for their employees in contractual role. The work culture is good work-life balance is present.
