During my days with Amazon I habe learnt one thing "It always day 1" and this people took this very seriously people who have joined Amazon ccu Kolkata site as VCS L2 and after working for 2+years it's still day one so they have switched as L2 . THERE IS NO GROWTH IN VCS . They promised about business growth and other things but after 2 years there is nothing .. same calls chats and added cross skills . This makes this role very boring and monotonous there is nothing to learn after sucessful completion of training . No skill development no career development nothing just log in take calls maintain parameters and log off this is the life with Amazon....Read More
