Employees having more than 3yrs tenure working with Amazon whose project is announced as sunset should be given more opportunities to apply for IJP to grow in their role and make sure the job is secure.

Good work environment and culture. Leaders are very supportive. Strong job security for women. Workplace are always neat and clean. All employees are always treated equally. Happy n grateful to work with Amazon. As they always say in Amazon " it's always day 1"😉
