Working since 2019 I very much liked the culture and ambiance and relationship between mangers were so good but now it’s totally up side down , heavy work flow much stress and lot of pressure, most of the tools has been deprecated for csa in the name of policy change then how to help the customer…. If we complain this to manager or grmp they’re convincing us. They will not listen to our query at all , very very worst . Please do not apply for this even if your friends recommended it ( they just get bonus when your selected so they’re pushing you to apply ) no csa is happy to work here . All of my friends moved out ( actually they were terminated because of not maintaining the goal )...Read More

Work from home is good about here but we cannot grow here. IJB provided by the company is just name sake. They don't really offer any good compensation or growth in the company. To take care of my baby I opted working here from home. And that worked out well

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another wonderful point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
