The benefits and leaves are all satisfactory. Job security is there. Salary given on time.

In the name of businesses requirements they will change your shift time any moment without any prior notice. The night shift allowance is very very poor. The leaves can be taken only at the TM's discretion even though we have 40+ leaves per year. Zero career growth. In the name of IJP nothing will be done and salary increment will be 3% which is very less for a billion dollar company. For any medical conditions Medical certificate is not enough, you have to submit your whole medical records and also provide an end date of "when you will be cured"...Read More

Evey thing, using you as a cheap labour and replaceable asset, hiring contract people for 6 month and 1 year then firing them to make sure hike doesn't go and rehiring them as new contract employee after 3 months worst tatics.
