The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Job security is like ok here if you don't complete the targets they will give you chance but if it us still not done you are out Work culture is good There is a balance between work and life But there is no scoop further where you are now after 5 years also you will be there only But they will all time suck your blood in the shift hours

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Compnay policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of pateins and the magagement are very good handling and no issue of salary I love amazon culture

The growth is slow here this maybe because amazon hires people from outside as managers rather than giving opportunity to amazonians working from long time within the organisation.

It's a secured job as you have to work from home and it is not possible to go out in this pandemic. The work culture if the company is so adorable and the team under which we work is excellent. I learn a lot of things in the working and always adhere to the policy of the company.
