The growth graph that Amazon has none of the organization can provide the same and obviously the culture we had at Amazon was like a second home.

Work Details

I joined Amazon as a CSA in late 2015 and within 2 years 2 months I was in a Team manager role (CSA ->Team lead -> Team Manager) that explains how amazon believes in hire and develop the best. It was an absolute pleasure working with such an big Firm.

Likes

Amazing work environment and culture is Impeccable. Amazonian's are supportive, approachable, reliable and most importantly available. Company norms are good, appraisals are at its best and they salary hike is offered on timely basis.

Dislikes

Favouritism and misuse of power affects our overall career growth and also takes away our peace of mind.
