Likes

Working before COVID-19 was superb and we had many people development opportunities in customer service operations with scope of promotion. Earlier, the company was people oriented company.

Dislikes

Post-COVID era, things have turned more number base game; than QUALITY. Quantity is the primary focus, let alone being the best customer centric.
