It was an amazing experience here being a member of amazon family. Everyday brought new experiences and new lessons. everyday was like a freshes, though it was a contractual role I really had a great time and really wanna rejoin and be a part of the family.

Dislikes

There is nothing to point out as a dislike for me, I was supporting NA chats and mostly had night shifts. But that was never a burden because I got great assistance from higher TMs and colleagues.

Fabulous, enjoyed every bit of it. Job here was never felt like a burden, everyday being new experience.

You will definitely have job security. And the culture in Amazon is always the best. But you cannot expect a career growth quickly. If you are able to manage the politics happening inside and could follow whatever your TM 's say, then you can definitely have a good career growth.

Well organised work culture. You won't complaint any. The management is always on employee side. Job security. Good HR policies. Very supportive managers and seniors.

This is the first job I am working, so I don't have experience to compare but from my experience its one of the best workplace. Especially benefits and bonus. You will surely get some bonus almost every month

Nothing much. Everything in balance in Amazon. For contract workers it's hard for IJP. Still there are so many options.
