Job Description:

- The Local Shops team in India is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to take ownership and drive the scale-up of key customer-focused initiatives. This role will focus on developing and expanding categories within the Local Shops space, particularly for Heavy & Bulky and Emerging Whitespaces. As part of this fast-growing business, you will have the opportunity to create and execute innovative strategies that shape the future of e-commerce at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Formulate long-term roadmaps for the categories you will manage,\ ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with internal and external teams to improve products, business processes, and customer offerings. Drive alignment across diverse teams including tech and non-tech.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and build relationships with key prospects and partners, crafting targeted value propositions and establishing long-term partnerships.

- Seller Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire sellers in focus categories, improving selection and fulfillment capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.

- 6+ years of program or project management experience.

- 6+ years of experience in delivering cross-functional projects.

- Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine and implement improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements.

- A Masters degree, or an MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
