Job security, Company benefits are really good for the employees.

Management and the work culture is really bad. Full of politics. Retaliation is expected of you raise your voice. Especially here in Kolkata. Growth opportunities are very less.

We used to get helpful mangers and they very cooperative. They also guide us to enhance our skills if we urge to learn more. The policies are beneficial and are available to everyone.

I have enjoyed and learned alot in Amazon. I have been groomed to be a better person professionally as well. Amazon gave me an opportunity when no one believed in me. I feel working at amazon have made me a lot more positive and Adaptable. Love You so much Amazonians being peculiar was like one of a kind
