Even a L5+ job is not secured untill they perform well. Work Culture is far better than any other companies that i have worked ( cant compare with Company that i have not worked so personally i love to work here ) . As far as Policy is concerned, amazon has made very Standardized Policy for their employees .

The Work culture is pretty good, everybody makes you feel worthy and respected. It's fun to work here and you are learning at every step.

The only thing of concern is job security. If you are a permanent employee you still have to think about your performance and be concerned that you are not terminated because of it.

Very friendly and supportive work culture.They are very punctual about the benefits to the employees,like their surprise goodies,on time salaries and incentives without delay,OT bonus for overtime,work from home opportunity.

I think the contractual people should be given made permanent if they are performing well,the 90days timeline be reduced and employees given opportunities to apply to multiple posts within short period and not wait longer and if the frequent changes of the shift timings can be made reduced a bit.Otherwise..it is a great company to work with and you get learn a lot..enjoy being a part of it.
