We are always being seen as a person and not as a robot all our needs are fulfilled in other companies they are provided by gifts only once in a year but for Amazonian there's no Christmas required for Santa to arrive

We are not provided with proper pay the amount of work we do are not rewarded in our salary... Salary is too low in comparison to hard work we make

My job with Amazon was a contract based. If I will ever get a chance in future to work with, that would me my 1st priority to go for.

Dislikes

Amazon is already doing great in every work area. There are no further veins to be added by my point to help them with constructive feedback. Because Amazon already does that every time with there co worker and keep taking there reviews.

Great work environment and culture. Teammates and managers are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

I don't like the hiring process of company. They hired people on a contractual basis. They trained people, take work from them and once the contract is over they hire new people despite the ongoing batch have more experience and knowledge of process.
