Job Title: Sales Specialist, Direct Sales level 4

DESCRIPTION :

Amazon is looking for a seasoned Sales Specialist responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing High-Value Seller (HVS) accounts on Amazon.in. The ideal candidate will come from a Brand and Distributor account management background, able to thrive in new, ambiguous environments and develop businesses from scratch. You'll implement account-level strategies and growth plans to ensure success for both HVS Sellers and Amazon. You should be hands-on in managing B2B conversations, able to present action plans to CXO layers, and deliver a positive experience for clients. This role demands a self-starter who operates like an independent business owner, driving results across cross-functional teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Contribute to business strategy, identify High-Value Seller accounts to pitch, and onboard them to Amazon.

- Business Growth: Drive metrics that accelerate growth, enhance customer & seller experience, and scale the business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with HVS accounts (brand registered and distributors), acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

- Process Excellence: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and metrics to develop features and programs that accelerate HVS growth and collaboration with Amazon.

A Day in the Life:

On a daily basis, you'll work to achieve revenue goals by driving strategic conversations, executing growth strategies for HVS accounts, and implementing account-level KPIs/metrics. You'll focus on enhancing marketplace brand presence, leveraging advertising strategies, improving selection quality, and driving sales orders. You will use your category expertise to forecast business for your assigned accounts and advocate for HVS needs with internal teams, including Category, Fulfilment, Finance, and Advertising. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders like Marketing, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain to get sign-offs and drive engagement.

About the Team:

You will be a part of the Direct Sales team, responsible for onboarding and growing marquee brands and brand partners as direct sellers on Amazon marketplace.

Basic Qualifications:

- 4+ years of sales experience in B2B sales or account management.

- Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Revenue Target Achievement: Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas.

- E-commerce Experience: Understanding of the e-commerce landscape.

- Cross-Functional Experience: Familiarity working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, particularly in brand and distributor management, who can drive growth and collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.
