Job Title: Partner Manager, Lead Central, Sales Excellence
Job Summary :
The role of Partner Manager in the Lead Central initiative focuses on driving the identification, sourcing, and optimization of high-value seller leads for Amazon.in. The role aims to improve the productivity of sales teams and help launch desirable brands through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The manager will be responsible for program management, analyzing data, and driving program improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation Strategy: Identify and implement strategies to generate high-value seller leads for the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work with both internal stakeholders and external partners to scale lead generation efforts.
- Lead Sourcing: Negotiate and manage the lead sourcing infrastructure, overseeing the entire process from generation to payout.
- Lead Quality Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality of leads adheres to standards.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve lead consumption and conversion, ensuring better sales outcomes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key program interventions through data analysis, driving continuous program improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience: Practical experience in sales, including understanding of lead generation and management.
- Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data to identify performance drivers and improvement areas.
- Educational Qualification: MBA with 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SQL and Salesforce.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Revenue Target Achievement: Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets or quotas.
- Experience in E-Commerce: Familiarity with the e-commerce industry, especially in sales or lead generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and collaborating with external teams to achieve program goals.
