In last 1 year, Amazon has changed entirely. Culture, employee concerned policies and job security has taken a huge toll. Certain teams like that if JWO and Pay has falling culture and mainly driven by few individuals rather then company policies.

...rience. Unfortunately, there is no other job in the market and hence stuck here. Metrics are defined without logic and any manager can look at the salary structure of their team member. The tasks assigned can be unrealistic owning to virtual set up. Please be very sure of the terms and conditions before accepting any offer. Usually, a huge desktop and laptop is sent and is an employee is expected to work on both simultaneously.

The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.
