Though there is a scope for promotions through ijps there is also a heavy competition and some times candidate for the position is finalised before even interview process is initiated, this is just to give sense of hope for employees and make them feel that amazon is providing them a chance to grow. Due to its work culture and employee friendly policies many don’t feel like moving out for long time but this will impact career and financial growth, by the time an individual realise this they are already in a trap called comfort zone l. Other organisations won’t consider the skills you have learned as sps associate if anything yours experience is considered as a BPO profile and they won’t be willing to pay more than what Amazon is paying currently. Hence you are over qualified for any position you are looking outside Amazon . So I say working here is fun but staying too long in same position may impact badly. Can stay here without promotion for 3 years maximum after that we have look for other options outside. Rotational shifts (some times complete night shifts for months and year) Seniority is not valued

No promotion as per your tenurity, Performance standards are so difficult to achieving, Amazon day by day trying to layoffs the employees, Work load increasing for all the employees managers, even though operation manager..

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

Please do not apply for this even if your friends recommended it ( they just get bonus when your selected so they’re pushing you to apply ) no csa is happy to work here . All of my friends moved out ( actually they were terminated because of not maintaining the goal )
