Assam Engineering Institute is a Government of Assam Institution providing engineering diploma. It provides a good working environment and facilitates growth of both the students as well as the faculties. Working there for the last 3 years has provided me with great knowledge as to how to interact with students and learn a lot from them at the same time. Dislikes

Assam Engineering Institute though provided me my first job as a faculty, the growth there is very slow. The pay was same throughout the period that I worked there and scope for growth is negligible.

Work Details

My time at Assam Engineering Institute has been great but the lack for the scope of growth was a burden. Rising expenses could not be met with the pay provided. Increment throughout the 3 years was 0%.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
