I think company should more work on work- life balance,the company ' s culture and really on the salary. Literally every person loves his/ her work but when it came to work load, salary seems to be very low

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
