- Chill work environment and friendly colleagues. - Open floor office- no traditional cubicles. - Company's founder is a very polite and down-to-earth person. I never felt any kind of work pressure. Some of my mistakes were also ignored or not taken very seriously. - Everyone reports directly to the founders of the company, so not much scope for office politics. - Less workload- not a very hectic work schedule. - Fair compensation and timely disbursal of salary. - Company's new fintech project "Card Insider" seems to be a promising venture. Dislikes

- Number of paid leaves and holidays should be more. - Should consider different HR policies for different employees based on their credibility and how they perform better- maybe stricter rules for some and more flexible for others (just my opinion, based on my observation of how people work).
