- Chill work environment and friendly colleagues. - Open floor office- no traditional cubicles. - Company's founder is a very polite and down-to-earth person. I never felt any kind of work pressure. Some of my mistakes were also ignored or not taken very seriously. - Everyone reports directly to the founders of the company, so not much scope for office politics. - Less workload- not a very hectic work schedule. - Fair compensation and timely disbursal of salary. - Company's new fintech project "Card Insider" seems to be a promising venture. - Number of paid leaves and holidays should be more. - Should consider different HR policies for different employees based on their credibility and how they perform better- maybe stricter rules for some and more flexible for others (just my opinion, based on my observation of how people work).

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
