Its been almost a year working in this company. Great Working environment, Provide skill development quality work, Management is good to talk with employees and if i talk about Job security then i am still in a fix at last it okay to work here. Great Experience.

Dislikes

There are big fault in company policies, salary/appraisal and career growth. Employer is not providing salary to employees, they hold the salary of employee more than 2 to 3 months. Employees beg them to do the salary. There is no sick leave, no paid leave, no appraisal etc.

Working as a HVAC Design Engineer. I am currently handling more than 3 to 4 projects simultaneously. Its great for skill development point of views.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
