Company culture is good with work life balance and providing better benefits like family health insurance, travel, no deduction in taking leaves, quarterly bonuses, monthly outdoor travel. Also getting continuous support from top management for any work related queries. Manageable work load

Dislikes

The job is quite monotonous sometimes with less scope of creativity.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
