Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! Dislikes

Teams are good but the work culture in the team that I was in was terrible I wasn't provided any working structure and senior engineers tried to sideline me instead of guiding me they expect more contribution without giving any kind of basic inputs and training to the freshers senior engineers would hesitate for doubts in work.
