Highly Toxic Work Culture. Not even suggest to anyone to work with this company. Even they are not paying to salary in time to their consultant

Didn't acknowledge my resignation and didn't gave my salary and experience letter as well took a cheque from me said will give after completing 11 months did when I ask about my cheque they change the policy all of sudden when I ask about my experience letter than they need 3 months of salary then only they will provide me the letter. They do not have any direct client, working in layers and tier 1 vendors. Very not so very helpful environment, company has nothing to offer to the employees, hire and fire culture, very desi culture as if they you are working in an government old fashioned company, HR department fights and quarrels with the staff every now and then. Company culture is over all very pathetic
