Didn't acknowledge my resignation and didn't gave my salary and experience letter as well took a cheque from me said will give after completing 11 months did when I ask about my cheque they change the policy all of sudden when I ask about my experience letter than they need 3 months of salary then only they will provide me the letter. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Management policy change according their own benefit, 3 years bond and if left before completion of bond than blackmail as they had taken security cheque and kept one month salary. Very less leaves (CL+PL+SL) as compare to other company (Only 15 days in year). 6 days per week working policy. No direct SAP project. No health insurance benefits.
