Likes

It was my first job & enjoyed working there. I learned a lot there. I was one of the core team members of the company. Was worked on customized US based projects only, so learned so many things. Since it was a small company, so I was used to work on designing, coding, database designing, testing & deployment too. So, learned a lot to do a complete project with the help of of my team mates.

Dislikes

Working timings were too much, more than 14 hours daily & yes off course 5 days in a week was working day, but sometime they asked to work holidays as well. Rest everything fine.

Initially I was Jr. Software Developer & within 2 years I promoted as Sr. Software Developer.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
