I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge opportunity to learn many things to support for growth our career.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesntaddress our issues.there is a bind of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.
