Company's work culture and work ethics are good. Work life balance is there but it depends on your team also, like my team always had packed schedule of deliverables. Nowadays, company is focusing on encouraging learning new technologies but learning without getting chance to implement isn't that much helpful. Overall, looking from facilities and competition perspective, it's a great organisation.

Dislikes

It's quite a big organisation so there is scope of every type of work. Some work in developing new products but I got to work on quiet a mature product which didn't offered many learning opportunities, tech stack for it was little old and just added minor new features. You can discuss regarding this with your managers but chances of change are slim.

Work Details

Work life balance depends on team but still quite good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
