This is working like a service based organization only . It do have bench . Offshore struggles to get projects from on-site counterparts . On-site prefers giving projects to other companies compared to ASPL india .

Some of organisation policies are good, especially during Covid. Free transportation is another good one.

The work culture is good in parts. Even though they claim to be different than service companies it is the same and even worst in parts. Your life becomes hell when your local manager and US manager are not in alignment. Aĺlstate India wants to control or grab the ownership of work blindly.
