I believe that Aditya Birla amc company is a very top notch company and it takes great care of the salary or any kind of payment of its employers. I am satisfied with the culture of birla amc.

I don't have much reason to dislike Birla Company, I just want to show one reason that the company should pay some attention to increasing the salary.

Everything is in dislike here now, not a work life balance. You have to work on week offs also and behavior of seniors are worst.

One of the lady manager under whom i was working is very cranky... does not want to work... when work is undone from herside she is just blaming her teammates for that. Very unprofessional work atmosphere

Boss was not good he is very abusing and his talking language was also not good his name is manish kumar he is a area sales manager in pune in banca channel. Many times aur collegues were complaining about him but no action is taken against him only they give warning. Also very abusive about castism.

It is good to work in ABSL AMC depending upon culture, but few drawbacks are there related to variable payouts in comparison with other AMCS.
