Salary - They have big amount of variable pay. 3.Appraisal - They'll increase your salary. They'll add more amount in Variable pay. 4. Job Security - If you are vendor side they can remove you.

In This Company Partially Is Priority Tuff to Earn Incentive because Incentive Slab change as per Higher Management Moods. Totally waste if you working here Because management people are bad but Aditya Birla Company is best.

Extremely hostile work environment Very poorly designed processes Pathetic system applications Long working hours (weekends and public holidays) Micro managers with no empathy I would not suggest anyone to join the grievance team in ABHI Thane location. The senior manager who is working there is a extremely toxic, inhumane person. She's a micro manager, will hold grudges against you and make sure you are so depressed that you have to leave the organisation. The HR and HOD will not support you either. They hire people and do not even provide proper training and then expect them to perform, they have no qualities of how a team leader. They will threaten you that they will fire you every now and then. Within 1 year, this manager has fired 6-7 employees just because she did not like them personally.
