Over all a good company. There is job security if you are being ethical. Also so much ground to grow.

Packages are quite low when compared to other companies and there is only 1 incentive plan every year and its very hard to get a good rating as its 50% based on extra work you do.

There are numerous .leadership is pathetic,baised, manipulative. TLs are baised for one special associates within the team suppressing other team members,threatening them not to open their mouth for any concern or else there will see the exit door.leadership(director)is insulting doctors challenging their degree if they are really doctors ,process is not defined but managers ,leaders are not bothered to correct it but they are more interested to make an employee life hell as much as possible creating all kinds of huddles.leaders are making associates work like donkey and still they are baised for them who will say yes sir yes mam. Toxic work culture Bangalore tl and managers are more intrested in screwing associate life playing all kinds of dirty tricks Director level person is saying I am asking to do ot not to mop floor One of the tl has inferiority complex from doctors from doctor as he is from nursing background always creates trouble for associates who are doctors. Planning and plotting is the only agenda team leads have as they have got managers and director back who are in sync with them no one is bothered to listen to associate concern and problem Bangalore tl are showing baisedness openly and when questioned they will blame associates for behavioral issue. Leadership is making associates as scape goat for their own mistakes.horrible work culture pushing associates into mental depression and anxiety affecting them physically and mentally.
