Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. but there will be a good management. Bond of 1r years with Alf design salary is decent but career growth is slowly.

Work Details

The job is quit interesting.i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training but learnet a lot from project's and Alf design. There are two directors of the company which is managing all the projects and things. It is nice to

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
