Nothing....Its the worst company in oman.DO NOT JOIN THEM......

They hire on half the market salary. Always forcing to work on eid and other government holidays without compensation.Forcing to work after working hrs without ot.Not giving emergency leave if family member is very sick.If you are sick and wants to rest at room they call at home and for cing to work.they are always Under staff therefore always wants one employee to work for 3 employees. No transport for office staff and ask them to walk home in ramadan in hot summer and cross highways to reach accomodation.No food allowance if you work upto mid night due to submissions date. Cyprus GM very stingy.Not buying anything for office work.Staffs work on old overaged computers always hanging. Very very very bad bad bad company in Oman. Staff works 3 to 4 months maximum and resigns then they cut all salary in the name of visa charges and notice period charges and get two years work ban in oman. Not giving labor contract just offer letter only and no labor law is respected. Needs to complain mom....Read More
