1. Every department has 80% of managers. 2. Managers are forcing to work extra time and have excess of pressure on work without any reason. 3. No Appreciation for manager and management 4. Partiality for Arabic speakers. 5. Lebanon mafia, all higher positions are for Lebanon nationality . even though the person do not have any exp in work. 6. Do not have vacation for employees. however managers will the design the project plans as per their vacation plans. 7. very lengthy process for employee to exit from company. 8. ZERO HR policy 9. HR team is only for attendance and over time calculation no personal development program and no appreciation. 10 60% employees do not have knowledge of work simply they are surviving because of reference. 11. no respect for hard working employees....Read More
