Al Geemi is having a good management team to ensure the safety of the workers & well qualified & experienced department heads. Company achieved many awards from the Clients because of top level commitment from the management towards safety. As a result achieved 10 million man hours without LTI especially from ADNOC. Company having competent staff with good knowledge, efficiency, skills & experience to perform their given task & also giving the chances for the youngsters to brighten their careers in different departments. Company providing award's for the selected staffs which can increase the motivation towards the company like incentives, mementos. Arranging safe work procedure for the workers by providing safe plant & equipment's, welfare facilities, transportation & first aid facilities. Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
