The team mate were really good. Found friends for life. And the clients with whom I worked with had given me a better experience. The place looks absolutely gorgeous.

Dislikes

The ethics followed there is unprofessional. The employer’s communication level with the employee is zero. No benefits given what-so-ever. Only focused on expanding the organisation and no respect shown towards the employee as they are treated as though they aren’t human. No leaves given and only the main national holidays are given ( this holiday is also subjective as only when employer is directly celebrating the festival they are given a holiday, and not all the employees get the benefits, for example: on a Good Friday the Christian’s were given holiday but the Hindus had to work and the vice-versa; During Ramazan no holiday was given as there were no Muslims working in the center. Mind it there are no extra payment given when you work on a holiday. No bonus and incentives given. And employee get no recognition for the amount of hard work they put into rather the employer takes glory for herself....Read More
