Likes

The company is open to service of commercial vehicle and busses. I am part of a service department that is highly customer satisfaction. There is team work and happy working environment to all members and customers, supportable staff.

Dislikes

Salary problem and there is no increment

Work Details

Supervision of workshop and allocate to mechanic according to voice of customer and all workshop handled and check part availability, check warranty, make bill etc. Including accidental vehicle work

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
