Very bad politics by Anu madam here. 6 employees left company just because of her very bad nature. Also boss here don't take any action on her. Overall seniors do very much politics here. No future here.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
