Management of the company is very poor, in the covid-19 lockdown time, company closed there graphic section people where jobless. In the company there is no security of the job & company policy differ as per every alternate months.

Dislikes

Company & boss is good also understanding of the employee & their issues they take care, but the growth is not as per your skills or efforts you put into the company. Sometimes wrong decision has been taken by the management. The work pressure is high sometimes or we have to do other employee work to complete the project. As per theclient requirement the project has to be done but it is been changed by the company they didn't like but client approves the design what we present in that process project goes for long....Read More

The environment is very good to work in the company & Ajay shah is also friendly with employee some times
