Worst interview ever faced that too by the CEO of this company Mr, Manoj dhanotiya. This guy doesn’t even know how to evaluate a candidate and how to take interviews but still he takes the interview and after my interview they did not even give me the proper feedback as in on what grounds I was rejected. Looks like a fake company of a fake CEO.

I worked here for a short time of around 1.5 years in the digital marketing team but I would say this team is amazing. They know what they are doing and built such an amazing product from tier 2 city like Indore.

As a startup it is always tough for all companies to keep everyone happy and i can see its impact on reviews. But k am sure it’s not jus their problem and it’s universal problem for every startup.

No training Politics No learning and training given to the new joiner.. only needs work done to be very first day of joining.no security for the salary in training, no training letter. Only sugar coated words, rest nothing. Sales and development female staff on very high attitude.

They have a deep bonding within the Indore team and they hate outsiders, even the founders 4. Founders are marketing gurus (sarcasm) 5. They copy paste things from competition and use it, pathetic 6. Indore team is below par and out of touch. 7. Hiring is just phenomenal (sarcasm) 8. Founder hired a few US folks to get more sales and show the world that his company can run faster, fired them all in 45 days 9.
