I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The company has prospect to grow since they are tied with an International brand like Nolte if only they maintain their system well.

Dislikes

Their is no scope for growth. The company is literally on the verge of bankruptcy so don't expect your salary on time. They can't pay dues of their vendors hence expect delay in client's order and if you are in a client's facing job role, clients will tear you up because of poor service. There is no job security either. You can get fired anytime for no reason.
