nothing good about this company. During the lockdown, the employees are working without wages, and the company also said that if you want to leave the company you can leave. In this lockdown 5-6 employees leave their job or forced to leave the job

worse experience in Agrima Exim Pvt Ltd., No job Security, they will kick employees at any time. Don't have a plane for the future, keep changing their business model. When I am working at Agrima Exim Pvt Ltd many other employees are also getting fired. Use bad languages while working time (Poor Work Culture)

Likes

Company laid off due to failure by Director. Without giving proper notice period and salary for working days. No director skills. Director himself is very young and no professional, communication skills. Immaturity about management decisions he failed to built up business

Dislikes

Nothing is there to like. Company could survive not more than 10 months. Faced so many financial issues. Director’s communication, goals, views nothing was there.
