The Head of Sales is a British middle aged man named Patric and has some real sales and email skills. His follow up skills are great in convincing the high net worth clients to try the luxury holiday brand. However, the rest is a joke!

Dislikes

The initial management was very good and helped this company to grow and skip major loses during the covid time back in 2019-21. On the contrary, the current management Ritesh aka Marcus and Shariq aka Rob are the biggest snakes and cheats who conspired against James & Rodney and also went to the extent of recording conversations and calls on friendly drinks. The guy Rob is pure evil with no respect for women and looks at them as a toy and uses them for personal benefit. He has no Sales Manager exp and to your surprise was ex best friend with Ashley, both faked their TL experience from another fraud company named Travel Unravel to join Affordable Luxury Travel. Office politics is at extreme here these days. . These two arrogant human beings namely Ritesh and Shariq (Marcus & Rob) are extremely cunning and are good at using the pretty female faces and offering them as a bait to the ever hungry Product Manager Sav, who by chance is also the youngest son of the owner of the company. This guy has his favourite chicks working under him who he promotes for using as a toy on vacation to Rishikesh, Kerala. There is an ever thirsty girl named Geetanjali aka Lauren who was shifted to Marketing and later to Management for offering her assho** to this vap addict owner on a vacation to Maldives. There are few more slu** working in the Tours team as well as sales team namely Shivani & Megha who are personal play dolls to the sim** Tushar (their team leader). . There is an evergreen who** Sanjana in the sales team who offered her best friend Megha to the short d**k bald headed perv*** Shariq (Rob) in return for fam trips to Kerala & Dubai. The biggest bit** of all times and the most arrogant / feminist sl** in the team is Jazz who does not even respect her father and hates men due to unknown reasons. May be she did not get paid to lose her virgi****. This may be the reason for her pain. However, she is also a part of the mismanagement and the biggest sweet tooth & cheat. . The main character Ritesh aka (Marcus) is good at playing mind games and flirting with clients. He is a characterless man, who has been cheating his beautiful wife since he was working in Away Holidays. After being insulted in reputed companies like Southall & Amex, this person joined this brand and started mismanagement by firing old agents and team leaders by conspiracy. He brought his close agents from southall to Affordable and started his dictatorship. To your surprise, the two snakes planned each and every move for the last 7-8 months before their promotion while enjoying tea at the back side of the office premises. Both the gossip experts and manipulators got promoted to Assistant Managers, where do not have any sales manager experience and there communication skill is also weak. There nature is destructive. . The sales head Patric on the contrary is a kind person but is helpless and has to obey their wrong decisions, as he is just an employee working under the female addict Product Manager Sav. Now, both these Managers along with their personal favourite team of 7-8 people are full of drunkers and work even while drinking. Company will face major loses shortly due to the mismanagement & incorrect flight prices taken for out of date range flights. Look for a secure job elsewhere, even if you're hired here, as every month 2-3 agents are fired.
