Company have only good infrastructure.

Very weak management, no learning and development, no salary on time, even lots of pending salary.

Likes

Owner behaviour is very bad , they behave by seeing your face. They always judge you by look. They can hold your salary and service charge any time. Date is not fixed for salary. Some time you have to wait for 3 month for salary.

Dislikes

Salary not on time. Some time they give salary half then other month half. They can fire you any time without any reason.

Working environment is not good at all, as all employees have to discuss on salary . That when we will get our salary. And how much we are getting.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
