I have learnt many things in this company. Behaviour of higher authority is very nice. I am getting lots of opportunities to learn and improve my technical ideas and skill. Employee are very much cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary structure and facilities are not so good.

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is not transparentthere is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give very bad salary hike . A very small amount of bonous are here.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is no bond here. You are resign anytime. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Thank you.

The job is quite interesting i struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
