1. Bus facility is not free and only one bus available. 2. Employee benefits are very very less. 3. Only PL(18 days), no EL, no SL. 4. Bonus amount they will mention as 12.5% but every year they will not give same. 5. While leaving organisation, bonus amount will be paid only Rs. 7000. 6. Increment will be based on bucketing. 7. Promotions will not be based on only bucketing. 8. No value for staffs. 9. No good washrooms. 10. Higher position people doesn't have knowledge and common sense. 11. HR is terrible. 12. CTC showing will be complete fake. Actual In-hand and will be very less. 13. No proper canteen and no good foods, only rice always and no side dish also. 14. Managers doesn't allow to grow of their reporting persons. 15. No KPI to anyone and quality has to do other departments KPI and follow ups ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
